1. Acceptance
By using MANAGR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
MANAGR is a music management platform providing tools for artist roster management, release tracking, tour management, and business operations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MANAGR for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful or malicious content.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data you upload. MANAGR retains ownership of the platform, code, and design.
7. Limitation of Liability
MANAGR is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
