Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Email billing@managr.cc and we'll sort it out promptly.

What counts as an artist?

Any artist profile you create in your roster.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.

Do artists and crew have to pay?

No. Artist and crew portal accounts are always free — they see only what you choose to share. Only manager seats are billed.

Can I control what each person sees?

Yes. Access is granular, down to each artist and project — turn sections on or off per person, and set view-only or edit rights.

What can the AI tools do?

Draft artist bios, summarize contracts in plain English, pre-build tour budgets, generate release rollout plans, and import itineraries and settlements. Each action uses one AI credit.

What's an AI credit?

One credit per AI action. Each plan includes a monthly allotment; if you need more, add unlimited AI for $4.99/month per firm.

Is there a mobile app?

A mobile app for managers, artists, and crew — with tour view, day sheets, travel details, and shared files — is coming soon.

What does ADVNCE sync require?

Your booking agency must also use ADVNCE and approve your access request.

Can I co-manage an artist with another firm?

Yes. You can link a manager from another company to a specific artist if you co-manage across two firms.

Can I move an artist to another firm?

Yes. Artist transfers move all of that artist's data to the receiving firm in one step.

How do seats work on Team and Major?

Team is billed per manager seat. Major includes 10 seats, then $29.99 per additional seat.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes. Set a base currency per artist and a display currency for your firm — money converts automatically across the platform.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Passwords and sensitive data are securely encrypted, and all platform data is stored on protected infrastructure with encryption at rest.

Can I import / export my data?

Absolutely. Nearly every section supports CSV import and export — including calendars, artist data, contacts, and more.
